It’s clear cover allows to easily see any potential tampering or contraband. The seams of Derby Clear are 100% sealed, unlike sewn seams which are an additional avenue for contaminating a mattress.
The 4.5” mattress is only available with a built-in pillow and comes in standard widths: 25”, 30”, and 35”.
